About Carolina Advocate Group

Founded in 2020 the Carolina Advocate Group was created out of necessity! 

A family crisis brought the advocates among us together as we rallied around our sister following her stage 4 brain cancer diagnosis, along with her husband's battle with terminal throat cancer.

Standing beside them during this unimaginable time provided not only unwavering support and comfort but also crucial assistance in getting their affairs in order. Managing treatment schedules, bills, insurance, wills, and everyday responsibilities quickly became overwhelming—far beyond what any one person could handle. Compounded by the emotional toll of terminal illness, the burden of depression and anxiety weighed heavily on them both.

However, as a united team, we were able to step in, sharing the load with compassion and empathy. From handling logistics to simply being present, we ensured they were not alone in their fight.
